3. Cancellation and Refund Request Timeline
- Consultation Services:
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. - Event Management Services:
Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. - Exhibition and Trade Fair Support:
Refunds depend on the status of third-party payments and vendor commitments.

- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Third-Party Costs
Refunds for third-party vendor costs, such as venue bookings or equipment rentals, are subject to the respective vendor’s refund policies. Eventor will assist in facilitating refunds but cannot guarantee them.
